Rules before code
When the knowledge sits in one person's head, we send numbered questions and turn each answer into a rule, instead of building on a guess.
A prototype, not another document
Ambiguity gets settled by something running in front of you within days, not by three more pages of spec.
Calculated is not asserted
Prices, stock and specifications come from code, never from the model. Every figure a model produces is labelled for what it is.
Measured after launch
Shipping is not adoption. We instrument what we build and report what the numbers do and don't prove.

VS Solutions is run by Victor Slompo: fifteen years in digital products, the last three building AI-first. He stays on product and architecture for every project, instead of handing it over once the contract is signed.
Delivery is done by a small team assembled around the work, with engineers and specialists joining when the scope needs them. AI-assisted development does the volume. People do the judgement.
