Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data VS Solutions (Victor Slompo) handles on vssolutions.io and in the automations behind our social media profiles, why we handle it, and how you can exercise your rights. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is VS Solutions, represented by Victor Slompo, based in Florianópolis, Brazil. For any privacy matter, write to victor@vssolutions.io.

2. What we collect on this website

  • Anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type). It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
  • Technical logs kept by our hosting provider, Vercel (such as IP address and browser), used only for security and to keep the site working.
  • This site has no forms and no login. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we receive the data you choose to send (name, contact details, message) and use it only to reply to you.

3. Instagram comments and direct messages

On posts by @victorslompo, when someone comments a keyword we invited them to use (for example PROJECT), an automation built on Instagram's official API sends that person a direct message with the promised content and replies publicly to the comment.

For that we process the public username, the comment text and the comment ID. We keep a record of each reply so we never message the same person twice for the same comment, and we notify our team internally so we can follow up. We only message people who commented the keyword.

4. LinkedIn

Our LinkedIn app is used only to publish content on Victor Slompo's own profile. It does not collect data from other LinkedIn members.

5. Why we use your data (legal bases)

  • To answer you when you contact us or comment a keyword: your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
  • To keep the site secure and understand how it is used, in aggregate: legitimate interest.
  • To meet legal obligations, when applicable.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Meta (Instagram API), LinkedIn, Slack (internal notifications), Hostinger (server for our automations) and Google (email). Some of them store data outside Brazil, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

7. How long we keep it

Records of Instagram replies are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Messages you send us are kept while the conversation is relevant to you. Hosting logs follow Vercel's retention.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD you can ask to confirm whether we hold your data, access it, correct it, have it deleted, anonymised or ported, know who we share it with, and withdraw consent. Write to victor@vssolutions.io and we will reply within 15 days. You can also contact the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

9. Deleting your data

To delete what we hold about you, including data received through Instagram or LinkedIn, send an email to victor@vssolutions.io with the subject "Data deletion" and your username. We confirm the deletion by email.

10. Security and children

We protect data with access control and providers with recognised security practices. Our content and automations are aimed at professionals and are not directed to people under 18.
