Open-weight AI on the desktop changes more than a benchmark
The point is what this changes in cost, workflow, and governance.

THE REAL PROBLEM IN COMPANIES
What I see in companies when AI enters dev
- 01The team tests AI, but it stays outside the real development workflow
- 02Relying only on an external API complicates cost, latency, and governance
- 03Without a ready stack for deploy and review, an agent becomes just a nice-looking demo
I’VE ALREADY SOLVED THIS
This is how it worked with the AskMoses.AI development team
- 01100% agentic development team
- 02each dev works with Claude Code on the project
- 03another Claude reviews the pull request; deploy on Vercel with 1-click rollback and daily backup
MY TAKE
Simple that works is worth more than complex that impresses.
In practice, when an open-weight model can enter the real development cycle, the conversation moves from benchmark to operations. What matters is integrating review, deploy, and human business decisions with viable governance.
